Stella Vida is a Managing Member with more than 30 years of experience in public and private accounting. She specializes in outsourced CFO and controllership services, accounting operations advisory, and strategic tax planning and compliance for both businesses and individuals. Stella partners with clients to streamline financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and provide the financial insight needed to support growth and informed decision-making.

Over the course of her career, Stella has advised clients across a diverse range of industries, including publishing, apparel, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and professional services. Her broad industry experience enables her to deliver practical, customized solutions that address each client's unique operational and financial needs.

Stella began her public accounting career at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP before joining CBIZ Mahoney Cohen & Company, Paneth Haber & Zimmerman, and Mahoney Cohen, where she developed extensive expertise in accounting, tax, and advisory services. She later served as Senior Accounting Manager at TAL International (formerly Transamerica Leasing), where she oversaw financial reporting, managed SG&A reporting for more than 10 global offices, and played an integral role in the company's successful initial public offering (IPO).

As Managing Member, Stella leads the firm's operations while overseeing its accounting, controllership, and advisory practice. She works closely with business owners, executives, and professional service firms to improve financial reporting, optimize accounting processes, and develop tax-efficient strategies that support long-term success.

Her current engagements include providing tax planning and advisory services to high net worth individuals, and consulting with businesses on financial reporting, accounting operations, and strategic growth initiatives.

Stella earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting, with a CPA concentration, from Pace University.
