John E. Martucci has over 35 years of tax accounting experience, helping businesses manage their tax liability. He specializes in tax planning, preparation, compliance and fiscal reporting and skilled at evaluating business opportunities and what it will have an effect on. Additionally, he prepares complex tax filings under demanding time constraints.

John’s broad experience includes serving as Director of State and Local Taxes for WPP Group, one of the world’s largest advertising firms. In addition, he served as Tax Manager for Viacom, where he wrote position papers on federal and state tax issues and analyzed hundreds of federal tax returns for inclusion in the company’s consolidated filing. Other experience includes serving as a Senior Tax Associate at Fortune Brands Inc., as Tax Manager for Experis and VNU, Inc., and as an Auditor for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

John heads up marketing, communications and positioning efforts for the firm.

He earned an M.B.A. in taxation and a B.A. in accounting from Mercy College Long Island University.
