Richard J. Zuckerman, is a senior partner at Hart Vida Partners. His 50 plus years of experience in audit, accounting and tax enable him to provide comprehensive. up-to-date solutions to client problems. He combines a mastery of technical points and legal requirements with an understanding of the realities of financial management for CEOs, wealthy investors and entrepreneurs.

He does audits, reviews and compilations; corporate, partnership, fiduciary and individual tax returns and offers his clients ongoing as well as year-end strategic business advice.

Once his clients find Richard, they stay with him for 20, 30,40, even 50 years. They appreciate his service ethic which is built on a personal understanding of each client’s situation. In this day and age of long-distance relationships, Richard makes sure he actually goes to see his clients in their homes and offices.

He works with the CEO of a middle market industrial service business, helping the company grow into a major industry player. Whenever opportunities arise, Richard is there to offer strategic advice and to provide the financial records used as the basis for decision-making.

 He provided audit, accounting and tax services to the CEO of a food importer, helping him grow the company from a seedling into a large international corporation.

Working for a New York-based energy company which put together limited oil and gas partnership deals, he met an international consultant who soon became a client. He continues to be the accountant for this international financial expert, helping him maximize his return from assets located around the globe.

At Hart Vida Partners, he provides oversight and technical accounting and tax advice to clients, and acts as senior review partner for both corporate and individual tax returns.

Richard began his career at David Berdon, and then moved to a smaller, more entrepreneurial firm, Lesser Leff LLP. In 2013 he formed his own firm. He is a member of the AICPA, the NYSSCPA and a founder of a Westchester County networking group which has been active for almost 35 years.

He graduated from Hofstra University with a B.B.A. in accounting.
